Season of Seabirds Luncheon

Registration

  • CCSM couple memberships, both are current CCSM members. Your spouse/partner/current Cornell Student is your guest, ONLY ENTER THEIR NAME & MEAL CHOICE. Add additional non-member guest(s) with a separate Non-Members ticket.
  • Special price for members, with option to add up to 6 NON-member guest(s).
  • Non-CCSM Member Ticket or additional guest(s) of member couples.

 Save Our Seabirds is a nonprofit organization and the region's only dedicated avian rescue center. Each year, the team responds to over 5,000 distress calls, providing emergency care, expert rehabilitation, and - whenever possible - a return to the wild.  Learn about their mission while celebrating the season.  A special guest appearance is expected.  

Member price $44, Non-members $49

Your luncheon includes gratuities, a choice of hot, salad/cold or vegan entree, coffee and dessert. 

Menu Choices:

Hot: Sauteed Breast of Chicken Stuffed with Mozzarella, Spinach & Sun-dried Tomatoes in a Savory Marsala Mushroom Sauce served with Short Grain Brown & Wild Rice Pilaf, Sauteed Broccolini with Garlic & Olive Oil & Mexican Street Corn-Off-The-Cob 

Cold/Salad: Caprese Seafood Salad; Poached “Frutti di Mare” with Virgin Olive Oil & Lemon served over Romaine, Iceberg & Spring Mix with Sliced Tomatoes, Fresh Mozzarella & topped with a Chiffonade of Fresh Basil

Vegan:  Quinoa & Vegetable Stuffed Roasted Peppers (GF)

Dessert: Classic Tiramisu: Rich Mousse of Mascarpone Cream & Hints of Marsala, Surrounded by Espresso-Soaked Ladyfingers with a Dusting of Cocoa
