
Gala Wine Tasting Event
An Evening of Cornell Connected Wines
Featuring Senior Lecturer Cheryl Stanley
Cornell Nolan Hotel School
We will be greeted with a flute of champagne, prosciutto, burrata & fig jam crostini and truffled deviled eggs with black caviar.
Next, a tasting of two whites complimented by assorted cheese with dried fruit chutney and grilled raisin bread, cheddar, gruyere & cranberry fig grilled cheese and empanadas with guava & almond crisp.
Concluding our tasting will be two reds served with mini andouille sausage & ground beef sliders, pickled okra & alfalfa sprouts on bamboo skewer (NO CHEESE), crispy potato chips and Greek style stuffed mushrooms with broccoli, feta, garlic & oregano
Join us for what is sure to be a very festive and informative event.
Cocktail Attire is suggested.
The price is $90 for Members and $100 for Non-Members. Profits will be donated to the scholarship fund. Member Registration opens December 17, 2025.
