Annual Meeting/Red & White Luncheon, with local author Susan Klaus
Susan is an author of award-winning fantasy books, Florida thrillers and was in Amazon's Top 100 mystery and romance writers. Sarasota native, Susan is a wildlife advocate having a vast knowledge of animals, owning pet and grooming shops, working for vets, showing Himalayan cats, breeding and racing thoroughbred horses and raising rodeo bulls on her 40-acre Myakka City farm. Her radio show "Authors Connection" had 8 million listeners in 140 countries and she was founder and president of the Sarasota Author Connection club. Susan will share her creative process and why experience, accuracy and common sense are vital to a story.
