CCSM couple memberships, both are current CCSM members. Your spouse/partner/current Cornell Student is your guest, ONLY ENTER THEIR NAME & MEAL CHOICE. Add additional non-member guest(s) with a separate Non-Members ticket.

Your luncheon includes gratuities, a choice of hot, cold or vegan entree, coffee and dessert.

Menu Choices:

Hot: Parmesan Crusted Chicken Breast with Prosciutto, Sage & White Wine served with Roasted Potato Wedges Tossed with Rosemary, Olive Oil, Parmesan & Black Pepper, Baby Carrots (Oven Roasted) & Fresh Peas

Cold/Salad: Classic Spinach Salad with Gorgonzola, Toasted Almonds, Fresh Avocado, Oranges & Grapefruit Tossed with Poppy-Seed Dressing Topped with Miso-Glazed Salmon

Vegan: Spanish Vegan Paella (V) (GF)

Dessert: Chocolate Ganache Torte: Classic Layers of Chocolate Cake & Mousse Enrobed in Ganache OR Fruit Plate (selected at meal) with Coffee or Selection of Teas
